Nowadays busy and active lifestyle doesn’t leave a lot of time for proper cooking. Here are 5 easy and delicious meals which won’t take you more than 15 minutes! Enjoy 🙂 Our Mashbox team found them delightful 🙂

1) Bun with pate and egg

Ingredients:

Bun 4 pcs.
Egg 4 pcs.
Pate 80 g
Green onion
Salt, pepper to taste

How to do it:

1) Cut the top of the buns and press the crumb with a finger or a teaspoon.
2) Grease the inside of the rolls with pate, and then break the egg into the center . Salt and pepper according to the taste.
3) Put the buns on a baking tray, putting the cut tops aside, so that they are also warmed.
4) Bake in preheated to 180C oven for 10-12 minutes.
5) Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and cover the buns with a cut top.

2) Tofu with granola and pear

Ingredients:

Tofu 100 g
Cocoa powder 1 tsp.
Agave syrup 1 table spoon
Granola 1/4 glass
Pear 1/2 pcs.
Chocolate to taste

How to do it:

1) Put the tofu in a blender. Add cocoa powder and agave syrup. Beat until smooth cream consistency is obtained.
2) Put the tofu in a deep plate and add the granola.
3) Decorate the dish with sliced pear and pieces of chocolate.

3) Omelette from quail eggs with smoked trout

Ingredients:

Quail eggs 16 pcs.
Smoked trout 150 g
Sour cream 8 table spoons
Green onion
Dill  few twigs
Salt, pepper to taste

How to do it:

1) Cut the trout into small cubes and divide into 8 parts.
2) Take 4 small baking molds and put in a tablespoon of sour cream. Add the chopped trout, and then drive 4 quail eggs.
3) At the top add another tablespoon of sour cream and a little trout. Salt and pepper according to the taste.
4) Bake in preheated to 180C oven for 10 minutes. Before serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.

4) Banana pancakes

Ingredients:

Banana 1 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.

How to do it:

1) In a small bowl, stir the banana with a fork.
2) Add eggs and stir well.
3) Heat the frying pan over medium heat.
4) Using a tablespoon, pour the dough into a frying pan and fry on both sides for a couple of minutes.
5) Serve the pancakes decorated with the banana slices.

5) Crostini with peach, ricotta and ham

Ingredients:

Ciabatta12 slices
Peach 1 pc.
Ricotta 12 table spoons
Black ground pepper to taste
Ham 4 slices
Honey to taste

How to do it:

1) Fry Ciabatta on a dry frying pan.
2) Cut peaches  into slices.
3) Grease each slice of bread with ricotta.
4) Sprinkle with ground pepper.
5) Put the ham on top.
6) Pour with honey.
7) Add peaches.
8) Serve to the table.
